Dr Tim has 19 years of experience as an Educational Psychologist with a focus on severe learning difficulties and Dyslexia. He worked as the Consultant Educational Psychologist at the Dyslexia Association of Singapore, providing comprehensive assessment services. His background includes nine years of teaching in various school settings and eight years as a Special Educational Needs officer for Northamptonshire County Council. Tim also served as a consultant for Leicester City and worked closely with the Child Guidance Service on emotional and behavioral therapy approaches. He holds a doctorate in Literacy Interventions for Children and has authored a booklet on challenging behavior.

Dr Tim's expertise lies in administering assessments for both children and adults, utilizing tools such as the WISC, WIAT, and D-KEFS. He has also supervised trainee Educational Psychologists at the University of Nottingham and emphasizes integrating information from various sources to offer practical and inspirational recommendations. His extensive experience allows him to discuss educational issues realistically with teachers and make valid suggestions for adapting teaching methods to meet children's needs.
